I am trying to get a 3 PAYG dongle to work with my Dell Inspiron N5010 laptop.
When I insert the dongle, it says “allow Birdstep technology to download to the hard drive”, then the 3 Connect installs.
However, when I go to click on the 3 connect icon on the desktop, I cannot access the internet.
Have tried uninstalling 3 Connect and the dongle.
Any more ideas???...
