system error, comp restarts etc

in Techie Stuff
I keep getting system errors or my programs will have to end eg internet explorer and msn. The error messages dont help it directs to website and this says an unknown error occured. Also at random times the computer will just restart any ideas to whats wrong? Thanks.

try a registry cleaner
