Some ISP are now imposing 'traffic shaping' to disrupt what they think are users who are using P2P and other bandwidth hogging apps.

Its a private radio station direct from a http. I'm not a P2P user and I have checked my download speeds when the problem happens and I seem to be downloading at full speeds. I just wondered if it might be any settings that I have wrong on my PC. Disabeling the firewall makes no differance.
