    Good Morning All

Pixie - thanks for starting us off

Sorry, I didnt pop in over the wkend but Saturday was busy all day - swimming lesson (for LO), working at School Fair, then worked briefly at Fair where mum lives (in Sheltered Accomodation). Sunday was spent on the sofa nursing some kind of illness - had a sore throat all wk but felt absolutely shocking yesterday. Would like to say I've woken up feeling great today but I havent, feel even worse, spent ages trying to get through to Drs and then no appointments available so they call me back and tell me they'll leave me a prescription at reception to collect after lunch - not much of a consultation either. Sorry for the essay, today's little list

Check Banks - Done, looking ok
Check Ebay - Post last of sales from last wk and fingers crossed for sales this week
Check swapits - get footie cards ready for posting tonight
    Collect prescription

Take care all, will check back later, love and best wishes to you all for a great day xxx

Unfortunately I managed so well to begin with as there was a lot we could ebay. There is yet more I could list but all of the big money items have been sold so the debt busting has slowed right down. I'd love to have to clear within 12 months though, hence I want to join in more challenges and set myself some targets.

    Helloooooooo everyone!!

    I return a married woman!!!!!!!!!! :D:D:D:D:D

Had a fantastically relaxed wedding in Cyprus and a great party when we got back here! :)

Recieved about £1000 in wedding money with some more to come from my Mum. We had decided to use it to pay off the hotel for the party here which was £740. So we are probably using the rest to get a solid oak bed as ours is about to collapse!!! Nice to say we bought something with our money

Then it is time to debt bust as much as possible!! xxxxxxxxxxx

    I hope everyone is well

  • Hey everyone! I've been rubbish at coming on here but I'm going to try really hard to come on and post.

Had an interview Wednesday and still not heard back... recruitment agency have been in touch loads saying they've honestly not heard anything back and would definately let me know when they do. I'm trying to be positive about it, but the longer it goes on I think the less likely it'll be that I've got it :( Reeeeeally wanted the job as well but hey ho, will have to carry on if I don't.

    Things to do today:-
    • [STRIKE]Check online banking[/STRIKE]
    • Cancel gym membership
    • [STRIKE]Find cheapest options for bedroom stuff for moving out![/STRIKE]
    • Sort out old phone for Fonebank
    • [STRIKE]Check about job AGAIN[/STRIKE]
    • Check budget for millionth time to see if there's anywhere I can improve
    • Look at low fat cheap recipes on here
    • [STRIKE]LSD - crumpets for lunch and a couple of pieces of fruit for before my workout[/STRIKE]
    Happy Moneysaving lovely people xx
    October Grocery Challenge - £67.18/£135
