wondered why i have not been getting emails recently
finally found my log on detail so logged into my cpanel to find my disc space is over quota
It appears the space is being taken up by emails....obviously when i delete them from my computer they havent been being deleted from my disc space quota
2 questions
1. How do i clear down and delete the masses of emails in order to free up some disc space
2. How do i set my outlook to delete both from my computer but also my disc space
Many thanks

do you mean your local hard drive space, or the space you're using on your e-mail provider's server ???
If I remember correctly, there is an option in there somewhere to leave a copy of the e-mail on the server until it's deleted from your inbox/folders
...oh, and remember to empty your deleted items folder in outlook - right-click on it and empty option......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
I have a dodgy "i" key, so ignore spelling errors due to "i" issues, ...I blame Apple0 -
the space that my hosting provides is what is over quota
I recall something like squirrel mail or something along those lines that i could access
failing that if i log into my cpanel can i do it from there0 -
sounds like you just need a ruddy good clear-out of all those old e-mails......Gettin' There, Wherever There is......
