4 Weekly Pay
Comments

It's not difficult to pay employees monthly, but do the financial accounting on a 4-weekly basis.
Given that most 'financial things' in this country work on monthly cycles, it strikes me that 4-weekly-pay could be very inconvenient for employees, in order to provide modest benefit to the employer. I'd question the priorities of an employer who weighs up those two things and decides to suit itself.
Couldn't have put it better. They're sh**ting on their employees just for the sake of it.0 -
It costs employers more to do 4 weekly payments as there are 13 payments a year rather than 12. I liked it - yuo get no 5 weekend months between pay dates.0

i get paid 4 weekly and its hard/difficult to say the least to manage dd's and everything, only have 1 current account though, so have to work out my money so ive got enough to cover the bills going out the 1st of the month. myself personnally prefer at the moment sticking to 1 c/a and not having to go to another bank to put money in atm. can see the sense in it though, must be very handy.
the extra payday can come in handy for the extra wages though? not that ive much left despite no debt?0
