What sort of problems ? Late payments / Defaults / CCJ ?Can I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. Different organisations take different information into account when working out your credit score and may have different scores for different products. (Kindly from Experian)0

A few late payments and a defaultNever regret anything that made you smile0 -
Catalogues / Store cards tend to be easier to get then credit cards BUT you've had problems with this company in the past as you say, I mean you can try one search wouldnt hurt, but wouldnt get hopes up with default.
I suppose you need to ask yourself do you really need to potentially put yourself in the situation you were 12months ago?
If you dont have any lines of credit look down the route of a Vanquis credit card to re build rating but you must pay it in full as its something like 50+%APR. This tends to be the easiest sub prime credit card but you must set up a dd to pay in fullCan I find out my credit score? You do not have a single credit score or rating. I got another account with shop direct, although myn was a few years ago paid off in 2009Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.0

Some have been able to get accounts with creditors having had problems in the past.
BTW - Littlewoods and Very are the same thing. Just trading names of shop direct group along with choice, additions and some others...0 -
They may give you an account with a very low limit.Try to be a rainbow in someone's cloud.0

Shortly after I paid off mine (missed payments and defaults) they sent me a statement saying I had a limit of £250. I don't remember how long it was, but it was less than a year. I didn't have to apply for a new account. It's been about 3 years since I paid off the original debt. Hope this helps.0

i had problems with a littlewoods catalogue account. Only recently paid it off and as soon as i did they sent me a new catalogue and gave me a small credit allowance of £150 to spend. Around the same time another catalogue i had increased my spending limit.0
