air video advice?

i have air video server on my laptop and the app on iphone while i was on BT BB it worked fine but i have changed to sky and now it will not work.
while using iphone on home wifi (same as laptop) air video works fine but when on 3g the server is unreachable,i have tried updating the server and app but no joy.
i think it must be a problem with the settings in the sagem router sky supply but have no idea what,can anyone point me in right direction of resolving it please?
