cant get my tv to save on the tuned in channel

my daughter bought herself an old psone as shes feeling nostalgic - ive tried tuning it into her tv which is; Acoustic Solutions ASTV-1615s 15in LCD TV but while i can find the channel ok it wont save and store the channel .........ive lost the instructions that came with the tv as it is an old one so im not sure what im doing wrong........ive tried googling but cannot find any help online..........can anyone help?
