Just wanted to say Thank You to the creators of this thread and all those who keep it going (yep...that includes you )

We are off on our hols in a couple of days and for some bizarre reason I like to go leaving a really nice clean and tidy house :D

This usually means that the week leading up to it is spent frantically deep cleansing the house. However thanks to 'flying' my house is being kept in reasonable condition and other than a few extras each day like packing it has been so easy. I will actually go away feeling good rather than tired with very bad backache.

So, many Thanks once again. :kisses3::grouphug:
  • Keeping with the Flylady programme so far this week - despite ds being home on study leave [STRIKE]playing with his kinect[/STRIKE] revising for exams & making crumby messes everywhere.

    :hello: Remember me!!

Hope you are all well... Im sorry Ive not been round for a while! I was on holiday for two weeks and inadvertantly left my laptop in the safe in America... Unfortunately, this site isnt the easiest to use from your iphone! However, I have finally sorted out the PC and am all set up for broadband....and typically now also have my laptop back! However the good news is - Im back!! (well, its good news for me... maybe not for you all :D )

Anyway, Ive been good and been flying. Ive changed jobs, and now only work 3 days a week, and have been very good clearing out paper work and sisters, and spare rooms!

Its still a work in progress, but Im still getting there!

TOOTS - can I just say how impressed I am with your list!! It was much MUCH longer the last time I saw it!! Well done you Angel. Hope you are well xx

Lots of love, hugs, sticks and spoons all round xx
:)Sometimes lurking, sometimes posting, but always flying:)

    DFW  August 2013... Debt total £15,475.56 - Jan 15 £11,738.66 - DEBT FREE by 2015
    Feb GC £48.02/£250 (£201.98)
:D I will declutter my house and debts :D
  • Hope you don't have too much of a hangover in the morning, Valli :)

Did exactly nowt else all evening, other than eat and slump in front of the Chelsea Flower Show on telly. And I found a forgotten KitKat Chunky to dunk in my cup of tea :D

Oh, and directed Minion on how to use a slice of bread to pick up the little sharp bits of broken glass when they jump out of the cupboard and smash at her. How they stay happily in their places all day every day and only throw themselves at her when she opens the cupboard door, I cannot begin to explain. After all, it isn't as if she is a cackhanded walking disaster zone that falls over on flat expanses of ground, still falls out of bed at the age of 12 and seems to be constantly followed by a ghost that crashes, bangs and wallops its way in her wake...
I could dream to wide extremes, I could do or die: I could yawn and be withdrawn and watch the world go by.

    I have one like this.

After sorting dinner, I spoke to sis who advised that BIL has been allowed home tonight but must return tomorrow to be operated on as his bowel is trying to escape through his stomach . So not sure how much flying I will get done as we are minding my little nephew and I have an appointment with the trainining officer in work to dicuss whether I can continue on with my degree after missing 6mth of the first year. I think I'll be able to catch up on the assignments with a little support but theymay decide at their unwilling to continue to fund my studies due to the M.E. So fingers crossed for a positive outcome tomorrow.

No flying, lots of gardening and errands.

Poor Valli the result of spending the night with too many primary kids.
