Motability quickie

Anyone know a bit about motability cars may be able to help.
My mum had one about 5 years ago, and my brother was the driver. When my brother moved abroad she had to hand the car back midway through the 3 year term
She is now looking into the idea of doing it again, with me being the main driver, but has the idea that because she handed one back early they wont allow her to have another one does anyone know if this is correct?
Thanks

No that really shouldn't be the case, worst case scenario they might not let her out of the lease if she had to do it again but just drop them a call if it might put her mind at rest."Life is what you make of it, whoever got anywhere without some passion and ambition?0

Same thing happened to my mum in law, she cant drive and had her daughter as the main driver, trouble was her daughter and her husband took advantage of this and kept borrowing the car to go off on their own, so she ended her contract early, they were fine with that, a couple of years later her son moved in with her to look after her and she decided she would get another car on the scheme and put him down as the driver, they were ok with that, they did question her about her last contract, but after she explained what happened they were happy to let her have another car on the scheme.0

I handed one back last Aug...when the DWP decided that our son no longer qualified!!! of course I objected and 9 months later it was reinstated we got our new car 2 weeks ago! So no she shouldn't have any problems!0
