AA visa card/barclaycard golfish reward points

I have both of these cards and was redeeming the rewards for john lewis vouchers. However today i have gone to pay my bills check my rewards, go to redeem for john lewis vouchers which have now disappeared from both reward point schemes. Any idea why? I already have a john lewis card but only use it for their stores. i have different credit cards to max reward points depending where i spend. All balances are cleared each month. The credit card companies where rewarding me for using them:). If John Lewis have gone I will have to choose other vouchers.
