housing advice needed

Can anyone help? My husband and i are giving evidence agaisnt a peadophille and we want to move out of the disrict. We have applied at the local housing association who have put us in a band 3 as they feel we are not under threat. I do not know how to get higher banding as we have to live in the same town and see the family. (The abuser is also having a sexual relationship with his own daughter, who agrees to it) so you can see why we want to move . Thanks.

Have you been threatened or attacked? The HA will not put you in a higher band without evidence.Gone ... or have I?0

OP - you are not under threat. The person you will give evidence about is innocent until proved guilty..................
