Holiday to Cannes film festival

This was the best win I have ever had to a competition I didnt know I had entered. You were entered into the draw by buying Stella in Sainsburys and swiping your Nectar card. there were ten winners in the UK to this comp. Prize included 2 nights for 2 people in 5 star Carlton Hotel in Cannes on a full board basis, a trip to a film premier and a walk down the red carpet with the stars. We were looked after by Stella Artois and given the five star treatment to end all five star trips. the hotel costs normally 600 euros per night per person, during the film festival 2 weeks the costs go up to 1,250 euros per night per person. Tickets for the film premier to walk down the red carpet will fetch 2,500 euros each on the black market. we flew out business class on a schedule flight from our local airport to Nice via Brussels. Breakfast in the hotel cost 70 euros per couple, lunch cost 90 euros per couple god knows what it cost for the evening meal, we were plied with as much stella as we could drink. In all we reckon to buy this trip would have cost over £10,000.
what a superb time, the hotel was full of all the top film stars and we have some great photos to remind us of the trip.
All I can say is Thankyou Stella & Sainsburys.
