Bike advice needed... 2010 Norco Scramler Hardtail?

I've not been on the bike scene for years so a bit out with the brands/names etc etc
Are Norco any good? Any bikers out there for any advice?
I'm looking for something similar to this, disc front and back, hardtail, decent front sus for less than £200... any suggestions?
I'm going to be using it for mainly cycling to work and back 13 mile round trip, but with the view of getting off road more and more in the coming months.
Full Sus is a no go!
