Male cancer awareness

I am soon going to raise money for a cancer charity by collecting money in tins in public places would like to get male cancer awareness across by wearing underpants or boxer shorts over my normal outerwear.Has anybody got any ideals where i can buy them from with a colour or design which would be noticed
