Bumper discolouration - what does it mean? Is it is big issue?

I would consider just buying a new bumper, from a scrap yard it won`t be much. The problem with all of the above products is that not only are they quite expensive for what they are, they require you to keep doing the process over and over again.
Back to blacking a bumper is`nt a one off job, eventually it will fade, the sun will dry it out and when you wash the car some will be removed. You`ll have to keep doing it and it`s not a guaranteed way of hinding marks, they may be too harsh
I would`nt try the heat gun idea, before you`ve realised that you`re too close you`ll have already melted your bumper. I`ve seen it done0 -
