Removing scratches from stainless steel sink

Hi
Just noticed some large scratches on the bowl part of my stainless steel sink (less than 2 years old), must have happened in last few days but can't remember how they got there:eek: I've tried rubbing Bar Keepers Friend, WD40 and baby oil with a fine scotch brite scourer but hasn't really made any difference. Have come across Scratch-B-Gone Homeowners Kit which claims to remove all scratches on stainless steel but its around £50:rotfl: The kit gets good reviews but is it really worth spending so much when i can buy a brand new sink for £100-£150? Any suggestions? FYI my sink is similar o this:
