Betamax Fair Use Policy

Calls to some destinations are supposed to be free during the 'free days'; subject to a maximum per week.
I use no where near the maximum, but I often I get charged.
Calls to same numbers sometimes get charged, sometimes not.
It happens randomly and I can't figure out why.

Info about FUP at their website does not help with this problem.

Many times, I messaged their Customer Support with full details of the call but as always they do not reply or make a refund.

Does anyone know full details of their FUP ?!

that is the maximum, it is quoted at their website and I know that.

But I used less than a third of that but still get charged sometimes.
Charges occur randomly.

Does anyone know full details of their Fair use Policy and how it is implimented?
