HBOS website

Anyone finding the HBOS new website a nightmare? I only have the internet on my phone and used to do all my banking from it but now cant even sign in as the continue buttons dont select. emailed them they apologised and told me to use a normal computer. not always conveinent to go to the library, phone banking is expencive and i work during bank opening hours. very annoyng.

What phone do you have? I have a HTC Desire, and can access the full website with no problems

Just tried it on my Android phone (reflashed Orange San Francisco).
It appears to depend on the browser used. One I have works ok the other doesn't.

Virgin mob and LG, the phone was only £30 on upgrade allowance though. Bit gutted if i need to get a new phone as this is fine for everything else.

Oh i can access just not sign in, used to be fine until it changed then could only view account not transfer but now not at all.

I can sign in and view balances but nothing else on a Nokia C3.

Some "Smartphone!".

I was told it would resolve as the website undergoes further tranformation - but not sure.

I can sign in, do transfers, make payments, and view statements on mine, everything you can do with a computer really. In fact I actually think the site looks better on my mobile phone than a computer! Sounds like you need an upgrade to me
