Bit of a stab in the dark really but just wondering if anyone knows the model number of this bluetooth headset?

I already have another version and got this as a spare on ebay - very cheap but currently useless as the charger did not come with it and my other charger does not fit. Just wondering if anyone knows the model number and I can find out how much a charger will cost.
