WOW ... what a huge acolade this is for Martin .. and all the members / users of the site .
Congratulations .
The Grocer magazine .... absolute bible for all in the grocery industry ... in their Top 100 most powerful figures in the industry ...
you may think the top few places would be taken up be Mr Tesco .. Mr Asda ...Mr Sainsbury etc .. they were .. from postion 2) ...
but the " conroversial number one" ....."his following is biblical" as said recently by boss of Tesco .
An excellent double page spread .. well written .....

Lewis currently tops even tesco in terms of power.........
as much about burgeoning power of the consumer as it as about the man himself . ......
Lewis is the man at the front who waves the consumer flag ....
part of a movement ....
and a great one !!! .... " the man is a nightmare " says a travel agent ....... !!!
