Music into Media centre

hi,

i thought i had already asked this - however i have searched for the thread and no joy....

i have recently had my pc sorted by the local computer shop, and they backed up all of my music...

however although i can go to the music files and play one song at a time i have yet to figure out how to get all of my music into media player again....

if anyone could please give me a clue how i would really appreciate it.

PS - there is no stupid answers to this question - shortly after getting this PC i thought i had broken the sound somehow until a very lovely person who didn't want to patronise or offend asked if i had hit the mute button by accident which i had. so if there is a big red button that flashes and beeps there is a very good chance that i have missed it....

have tried dragging thew whole music folder into the media player window?
otherwise organise>manage libraries> music>then select library location & add

OM gosh i can't believe it was that easy!!!!!!
