I ordered a sony ereader late last Sunday night. I got an email to say it had been shipped on Monday. It was advertised as next day delivery. It's finally arrived today, although I'm prepared to take them at their word and put the delay down to RM.
However, it was poorly packaged, just inside two jiffy bags, which given it's a touch screen is totally inadequate, it's just too fragile for that (and Sony advise when returning one to them not to use jiffy bags but to put them into a box). On top of which, there was a RM sticker saying I had extra postage to pay (for some reason my postie gave me it without asking me to pay) which probably accounts for some of the delay.
There's a sticker on the back to say it's been tested to make sure it's ok, but it hasn't been filled in.
So it took longer to get here than it should, was inadequately packaged and sent with insufficient postage.
There's no way I'll use them again, I'd rather use ebay where there's at least a bit of protection through paypal, even though it's a bit dearer.

Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.
