Hp pro book 4525 s insurance replacement

My Insurance company have offered me a HP PRO BOOK 4525 S as a replacement for damaged laptop which was a Toshiba Satalite Pro, does anyone know if these are good the spec is:-
  • Windows 7 Professional (64-bit)
  • AMD Phenom II Triple-Core P860 Mobile Processor
  • 4GB Memory
  • 320GB SATA Hard Disk Drive
  • Wireless, Webcam & Bluetooth
  • Professional Caviar Finish
  • SuperMulti Double Layer DVD+/- RW
priced at £489 is there anything out there with a better spec for that price?
