Ipod touch 4th Gen Freezing !!

've tried erasing the content from teh settings menu....tried restoring it back to factory settings....but the thing just wont stop freezing. Does anyone know anything else i can try ?

If it's new take it back to the shop that you bought it from.
Sale of goods and services act is your friend.

Maybe take it to an apple store if there is one near you?

if you take it to apple, tell them what you have done (honestly, they can check if you have don a reset/restore ect) they will most likly just give you a new one.

I did this with my 2nd gen ipod touch, it locked up about twice a month, took it to apple, got it replaced no hassle at all

new one works perfectly

I'd recommend you take it back if you can. You have tried the most obvious problems and it hasnt helped.

Generally they will take it back without any problems and its better than trying other methods that may void your warranty as they wont take it back after that.
