leeds or bradford to london

Hello,

I'm looking for some cheap advance tickets from Bradford or Leeds-London (coach or train) departing on May 25th (weds), returning on May 27th or 28th (fri or sat). I've sometimes done this route going Leeds-Man Pic then Man Pic-Eus, sometimes cheaper than getting East Coast but not sure this time.

Short notice I know...
I do have a 16-25 railcard so will make it slightly cheaper.

Any advice on fares please?

No idea why you would go via manchester and make the journey long but check out http://www.grandcentralrail.co.uk/ and use your railcard with them who go direct from Bradford

There's some Grand Central promotion Fares available from Bradford Interchange to London KX for £39 return or you can get some East Coast advance fares from Leeds/Bradford to London KX for £21.45* and the odd £16.75 each way for all the days you quoted.

*Info from East Coast Website which gives a 10% online discount.

2 single advance fares lds-man then man to london eus can be cheaper sometimes thats why...

okies yea thanks for this, will check this too. was looking up megabus/megatrain services also.

I forgot about Megabus, WoW, just had a quick check and you can travel for £9 Each way with the odd £5 fare thrown in for good measure, does take around 4hr 30min on average but for those prices?

Ah! it's the old Megabus+ which is a bus from Bradford to East Midlands Parkway then a train to London St Pancas, that's different and cheap.
