Any ideas anybody??

Can you get any other radio stations via iplayer ?
I had to re-install real player the other day and it then worked. Mine also played iplayer video ok!0 -
Tried Classic FM that works also Listen again for the Archers also works
Tried to live listen again and does not work and Internet Explorer also shut a couple of times0 -
You could try using a different browser - firefox !
Or dare I say use something like http://banshee.fm/download/0 -

I use feeds listed on http://www.radiofeeds.co.uk/aac.asp and VLC media player;
Listening to radio 4 ( 128k stream ) as I type this.....
since internet explorer has closed a couple of times, what messages appear in event viewer?
press windows start button and type "event" in the search programs and files window. choose "event viewer" from the list displayed, when that opens select "windows logs", then "application", a list of messages will be shown.
Look at the messages with a red circle on the left, they will give a clue. At the bottom of the narrative there will be a link in blue to microsoft online help with the problem.0 -
Try listening to a few radio stations using Radio Player, if you still have a problem them I think we can narrow the issue to a codec

fixed!! Real Player burbling away with the usual middle class wall paper ... where would we be without the Today programme, the shipping forecast and the Archers .... strange that it should disappear though in the first place0
