how long after dispute should i get my money back???

opened dispute and escalated, the seller has til tue to reply. I cant see it as they were naru'd from ebay, scam seller. If they dont reply tuesday how long before i get my money back as there is something i want to buy and have asked the seller if i can pay when i get my money back from paypal and they've agreed as long as its wed. do you think i should have it back before then??? bidding ends in half hour.........
