When did you report the changes?
If you reported them before 6th April 2011 then I would have expected them to be released when you renewed (have you renewed for this year yet?).
If the changes occured AFTER 6th April 2011 then they would be released to you when you renew next year (ie , some time soon after 6th April 2012)The loopy one has gone :j0 -
Potential payments are when you report a drop in income from last year, they pay you more for this year going forwards but they don't pay the extra from the start of the year till your reported the change.
If your estimate was correct you will get the potential payment when you renew next year. Or if you haven't done this year's renewal yet they might incorporate it when they recalculate.0
