supplier of "flush to floor" patio doors?

Does anyone know of any suppliers of those patio doors that have no bottom rim (as is usual with UPVC). I think that they're usually aluminium, but could be wrong there

I'm just trying to get a budget idea together about refurb costs of the property we're buying, and it would be really useful to find out if they're going to be way out of our league!

excellent! That's what was hampering me - googling for "those doors that you don't have to step over and are a bit thinner than UPVC" wasn't really coming up with anything :p

We have PVC ones. They are nigh on impossible to retro fit because of building regulations and damp proof course. You have to plan it well to make them fit. We fitted them into a new extension and had to plan the doors into the scheme right from the start.

    They're mint though!
