A road/driveway/access way owned by the OP would surely be covered under the Public Liability section of his household insurance.The man without a signature.0

Good point..... And it raises another question. If his insurance company don't know the road is his (it is unusual), then is his home insurance likely to be invalidated??“I may not agree with you, but I will defend to the death your right to make an a** of yourself.”
