Switching to EDF using EnergyHelpLine

When my E.ON fixed tariff comes to an end at the start of July, I'm thinking of switching to EDF's fixed tariff via EnergyHelpLine.com.

Just wondering how online access gets setup when you switch in this way?
i.e. how to you get issued with username/password?
