Crowdsurge.com - Anyone?!

Hiya, i bought foo fighters tickets back in November from crowdsurge.com via a direct link from the foo fighters website (and if you google it, lots of other bands/artists use them), 6 weeks to go and the tickets arent here, thats fine because it says it can be around 2 weeks before the event. BUT there arent many reviews around, a couple said they didnt turn up/ they turned up very late! Anyone used them and got any advice?

I've bought tickets for The Overtones through them..mine are VIP and told they wont arrive until around 2 weeks beforehand but others who bought normal tickets have had theirs so hopefully you should be ok.0

I've used them before without a problem. I've also booked my FF's this time through them through their official mailing list.0
