Yes Babyshoes, I totally agree with you. I had the money, it was 'just' savings. I don't have a lot of money, but I work full time and earn a decent salary, and I try to save when I can. Maybe he was lucky, when he knocked on my door I had what he wanted and was able to give it.
I am sooo looking forward to a week on my Greek Island now, no teenage boys, no nothing apart from my books and the odd glass of white wine. OK, maybe LOTS of white wine :-) and I will raise a glass to my neighbour, who has managed to pay back his debt which was obviously bothering him!2013 NSD challenge 3/10

Well done him, but well done you, because you have a good heart and helped him out and you have made me smile and think that people aren't all that bad xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxThe feeling i got when i confirmed my place studying criminology at Exeter Uni was brilliant!!!!!

Thank you, everyone who thought this was a lovely story, same as I did. I bet you would all have helped out too, if you could. There's too much sadness, bitterness and negativity in the world, let's celebrate it when something good happens!2013 NSD challenge 3/10

It must be Karma, he needed £600 and you had exactly that amount, and when he paid you back £400 that was the exact amount you needed.
