bank statement came today !!!!!

what a wake-up call that was ! where does it all go or in my case where has it all gone ? Am spending afternoon going through cheque book and drawing up a budget for next 3 months, looks like I wasted money on magazines, lattes, crafting supplies for my hobbies, had an unexpected tax bill too, what a b****y nightmare, all my fault too. won't let this happen again, too annoying.

It might be best to keep a closer eye on what you're spending as it occurs rather than wait for a statement. It'll alert you as soon as things start going awry.

You should use this for a budget

You can post a copy in MSE format here, see if you have put too little or too much in some sections. Help you save some money and/or cut down on some debts if you have any.

But as above, online banking is a key part to budgeting, live account status is very useful.
