Unpaid items

I sold 2 items on the 17th on Ebay, one to be collected and one posted. They are both awaiting payment, and I've had no communication from the buyer who needs to collect. I've sent reminders to both of them, nothing back. Both buyers have feedback scores of 2 if that's of any consequence. Any suggestions, shall I just contact Ebay with a dispute?

Is it the 17th of May you're talking about? If so, that's only three days. Can't do a non paying bidder dispute just yet. I'd wait a while. Maybe one of them is posting payment. If the auctions ended in the evening of the 17th, it's not been two full days yet really. Wait a while longer.

How would they be posting payment, they don't know my address? One ended at lunchtime on the 17th, and they bid on it 3 minutes before ending. These non payers p*ss me off, it's OK for buyers to give crap feedback on p & p charges, say. If you don't like the p & p charges, DON'T BUY IT!!
Sorry, just gone off topic! I'll wait till tomorrow for some payment or communication. Thanks though.

If postal order or cheque was one of your payment options, then they can clearly see your address when they click on the 'pay now' button on eBay. They're not strictly non payers until 4 days as far as eBay are concerned, and then will have another 4 days to respond to any dispute you open, so 8 days in total.

I have just had the same, someone with 1 feedback. No email, no payment, nothing.
Best you can do is get a strike on them for non payment, assuming they are not going to pay - 2 strikes and they will find it hard to buy anything on ebay!

It can be frustrating, that's for sure. Maybe gumtree , or local ads in future might eradicate such inconveniences perhaps, particularly as it was collection only anyway.
