Smell from drain

I keep getting a smell of eggs from my outside drain.
The drain backs off the kitchen and it seems to happen mostly when the washing machine is on or when I let the bath water out from the 1st floor. The washing machine is in an out-building adjacent to my kitchen.
I have checked the fluff filter on the washing machine and this is okay. (M ay give the washer a clean out with distilled vinegar or similar as I have read this helps with odours).
It seems to happen since the weather has been a little warmer over the past few months which makes me think it is possible odours backing up from the drain. I have poured bleach down the drain but the smell seems to keep coming back....
any advice please?

Could be the main drain has a partial blockage and when you let a lot of water down thats when it overloads the drain and you get the smell.. you have to locate the nearest inspection cover and lift it to see if its full.. if it is it'll need rodding to clear the blockage . Pouring bleach down is'nt going to do it I'm afraid.#6 of the SKI-ers Club :j

Are you looking at the grid. Does the water from the washing machine discharge in the grid that takes the rainwater.

In 1935 that was the way it was done, no problem.
You may need to clean it out. it's horrible smelly job but pretty easy.
Where you can see that water it will only be about 6" deep, it's a trap. You need to get something to scoop out any dirt, things like pebbles; leaves; and sweet wrappers can get stuck down there.
In the past i've used things like an old soup ladle to scoop out the muck. Maybe put on a pair of rubber gloves and put your hand down, Hold your breath it'll stink.Liverpool is one of the wonders of Britain,
