Kitchen sink fault!

We recently moved house and found that although we now have a beautiful kitchen there is a flaw with the kitchen sink...the overflow isn't connected to anything so just goes straight into the cupboard under the sink!!

What can I use to block up the holes so that water doesn't leak into the cupboard everytime I wash up?? Thanks!

Have you checked to see if the overflow has just come away from the connection on the waste?

You could use a bowl as a temporary measure or just don't fill the sink to overflowing..

This is a picture of the overflow...there's nothing at all on the other side...definitely no loose pipes or anything :(

You need to get an overflow pipe cconnected. Overflows are there foir a a reason. If you can't do it, then get a handyman in. Won't cost a lot.
