Help again - now what have I done to my sink

I (stupidly) left some paint brushes to dry lying down on our white enamel butler sink. They have now caused rust stains.

Have I ruined this forever?

(Im not having a good day today)

    A couple of options:

    Barkeepers Friend

Soak a couple of pieces of kitchen towel in vinegar and lay it over the stain. Leave it there over night. Next morning wipe the marks with the soaked kitchen towel and rinse (this may take two or three attempts, depending on how bad the marks are.

If all else fails use a wet pumice stone (it wont scratch the ceramic surface, but follow the instruction properly)
If it looks like a duck, and quacks like a duck, we have at least to consider the possibility that we have a small aquatic bird of the family anatidae on our hands

    Use some brasso.
Eat vegetables and fear no creditors, rather than eat duck and hide.
