Do I run or save update version?

I got this pop up regarding my AV. Your AV is no longer supported, click on this link to update for free and when I did. I get the option of either to run or save it, I am not sure which one should I click. Thanks

save it, you may need to reinstall it in the future.Ever stop to think and forget to start again?0

Saving it also gives you the option of scanning the file with your anti-virus software before installing it to your computer.
Once completed, 'double click' to begin installation and follow the instructions.0
