can anybody please tell me when a person or persons are working do
the figures shown at the end, i.e your entitlement include the 1st £10.00
of income disregard.

Are you meaning the personal allowance? That is £7475, which is already included yes.

The first £145 of your weekly paycheck is not taxable. Anything after that is. So £250 paycheck... £145 not taxed... remaining £105 taxed @ 20% + national insurance.
