I had sent an email to Groupon about peoples concerns and the fact that Camden where not authorising the event, here is a reply:

Thank you for your email.
We are currently looking into the reports we have received in relation to this deal. We will email all customers who have purchased this deal with an update as soon as we have finished our investigation.

Thank goodness for that! I'm rarely happy when anybody has a sale / deal fall through, but I'm very relieved that this event has no chance of happening. I hope that the organiser has 'his' animals seized off him, and placed in the hands of more responsible authorities that will care for the animals needs.

Why would he register in order to post negative things about his own event ...?

It's more likely the newbies had their suspicions about the event and googled the name, which led them to this thread.

I made a couple of posts on Ekram Alam's facebook wall because they had been claiming 'extreme animal rights activists forced us to cancel this event'. I said this is a lie, it was cancelled because you had no permission from the council to run the event and you didn't have the approval of the RSPCA so you lied about that.

They deleted all my comments just now and banned me from the group.

Low lifes!
