Email to USA.

I sent an Email to a relative in USA.
The message to Comcast was returned 2 days later as Delivery Failure Message Too Old.
Can anyone tell me what this means as I know the address is correct.

Have you checked the date/time on the computer you used to send the message is correct?

are u able to receive from said recipient (person u are sending to )/ if so, try quick reply from the email / (not a new email ) ////

Possibly the smtp server has tried to deliver but been unable to - and timed out ('too old'). It could be one of several things on their end, so maybe check the address exactly, and try again. I had this once and wrote to Gmail tech support for help - they embarrassingly asked me to confirm if I really wanted 'micrsoft.com' - I had mistyped and missed an 'o'.

The address is comletely correct but I do not have an existing Email to reply to.
I have decided to ring them at the weekend to see if Address
has been changed.
