    Hiya,

    I think you just have to ask for it; and if they consider your account "suitable" then that's what you'll get. I'm pretty sure that having an "Advantage Gold" account or anything like that is not a requirement, it's purely standing based.
  • yeah, just call and ask for a servicecard 250, make sure they get it right, beware thoug, its gold, so may cause confusion if you have a gold card or anything
