    i had bought these as a birthday present and was totally embarrased :o when i found out what they were like (dead, white with one gold piece of decoration, i wouldn't have bought them if they had been reduced in mr t's store) hence i quickly sent an email to the managing director, the matter was dealt with well and a replacement bouquet was sent, this time they were in seasonal colours, i will let u know if i am satisfied when i see them.
  • Between my mum and I we purchased 6 of these boquets and 1 has never arrived and the other 5 all had mouldy flowers in them and looked a mess. Value flora have been informed and they confirmed the one that is missing was sent and that we have to photograph all the others!
    My poor mum has had to send 5 new arrangements out to everyone (from another company at tremendous expense) as an apology as each could have been taken as an insult.
    Nothing has been said about the one that never arrived. Do not ever purchase anything from this company!

    Has anyone noticed if these tracked okay with Quidco for the cashback? I bought a christmas boquet for my mum's birthday on the 22nd. So far nothing has tracked... By the way, on reading other peoples comments on how awful the flowers were, I'm going to quiz my mum as to how good/bad they were...She did say they arrived in good time and were white, and I remember thinking thats weird, I'm sure I ordered an alstromeria reddish boquet. Perhaps she was too polite to say how awful they looked!!!!

    My orders have always tracked fine with Quidco. I haven't had any problems with them before but shall certainly think twice before using them again. I ordered the Christmas door wreath for delivery between 4th-9th December. It never arrived. Sent an email a week later, they said it was sent. Anyway to cut a long story short it finally arrived last Friday! Well worth it..............not!
  • Tracked fine with me, also ordered an alstromeria. Dead on arrival at my mums house, whole thread that i wrote devoted to the joys of valueflora (vent board)...mods feel free to link, I cant figure out how to do it..basically, i will never use the company again, (full refund, eventually)

    We have just been informed by the recipient that the replacement flowers have arrived and are fantastic. She is very pleased with them.
