Mine were the same...RUBBISH
Mailed Value flora with pictures, told them they were dead, leaves all fallen off when delivered, they just kept saying wait till Christmas Day and see what they are like then. I told them they wouldn't last till then...still they persisted, yesterday they died a death..sent valueflora an email with pics, got a mail saying they would send a replacement ASAP...told them I wanted my money back instead....and they were not 'festive' colours, they were all white.

I contacted Valueflora and they advised me that they could only refund me or replace them if I took pictures. This is difficult as the wife chucked them in the bucket. There is no way I am goingt through the bucket. Maybe I should send the a picture of the wifes face. That will tell a story!!0

I sent them pics as soon as I recieved the flowers and was unhappy with them...but it took several mails and then some more pics when the flowers had died just 2 days later...How they were supposed to survive until Christmas day is anybodys guess!

They were very quick to respond to my complaint, I had also pointed out that I was aware that many other people had complained about these particular flowers and a photograph was not appropriate. They have agreed to send a replacement bunch ASAP.0
