Adobe Audition - Help Please

I have recently began some work with a charity that provides audio books for children
The software used is Adobe Audition.
the idea is to edit the voice of all non required noises such as coughing ect and then to build up the story by adding some audio effects
Some of the older more experienced users have made up their own templates which would drastically cut down the amount of work, thus being able to produce more finished stories
People are led to believe that they are unable to share their made up story effects with others because of a file path problem.........as it was made up on their machine, it wont work if other machines open it up
Is there a way of using these templates on other machines?
We have all uploaded the individual sound effects from 2 CDs, we just need to be able to find a way of us all using the completed story effect file
