I Received a final Letter today saying i have to pay with in 7 days
"Notice of intended litigation"
I received a parking charge ticket a few weeks ago i ignored all the other letters but this one saying they will take me to court i am second driver on my insurance so it not getting addressed to me so its worrying the car owner
HELP WHAT SHALL I DO !!!!!!

They will not take you to court, it is all scare tactics. Stop worrying and ignore it.0

They won't take you to court at all Andy... Have a look at a list of letters these companies send out, it's all expected...You're going to get one in 3 months time as well from Debt recovery plus...Oh and they boast on their website people they've successfully taken to court...It's all toilet paper at the end of the day...
I've had a DRP letter lying around for 1 years now, they've still not taken me to court...They have no case!
If it's further conciliation - Thousands of motorists have received these letters...Amount taken to court: ZERO

Just ignore it.
Enough said really once you've read the stickies and seen the Watchdog video and letter chains. Show the car owner the Watchdog video and the letter-chains so you can see what rubbish to ignore next.
Do not even think about paying and make sure the owner isn't daft enough to fall for it.PRIVATE 'PCN'? DON'T PAY BUT DON'T IGNORE IT (except N.Ireland).
