  • seems perfrectly reasonable to me,dla payments do stop after 4 weeks,and all periods spent in hospital should be reported to the dla office,as for the CA if someone isnt providing care then they shouldnt expect to get CA,harsh but true

    Its wrong that kids are treated diffrently and get 84 days in hospital before DLA is stopped, disability is disability and age doesnt matter apart from an adult is much heavier and harder to give personel care to than a child.
